Job Overview
As a Bartender at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you play a vital role in creating exceptional hospitality experiences. This position involves not only mixing and serving beverages but also enhancing guest satisfaction through warm and memorable interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage guests positively by maintaining a cheerful and approachable demeanor while seeking ways to enhance their visit.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes, ensuring accuracy and guest enjoyment.
- Oversee bar operations by maintaining adequate stock levels, organizing supplies, and ensuring availability of beverages, glassware, and perishables.
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale system to handle all payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
- Monitor product quality by managing inventory and verifying the freshness of beverage items.
- Address guest issues professionally, including managing intoxicated patrons to maintain a safe environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to protect guests and team members.
