Key Responsibilities

• Accurately operate the point-of-sale system to handle all payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Monitor product quality by managing inventory and verifying the freshness of beverage items.
• Address guest issues professionally, including managing intoxicated patrons to maintain a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to protect guests and team members.
