Key responsibilities

• Prepare, transcribe, generate, and dispatch customer invoices accurately and without delay.
• Coordinate with brokers over phone and email to confirm that payment details are set up correctly.
• Track overdue accounts and work with brokers to recover payments on time.
• Keep complete and accurate records of invoices, collections activity, and payment history.
• Follow documented financial workflows and comply with company standards.

Qualifications and requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 1 to 3+ years of practical B2B collections experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage collections for U.S. businesses with a solid grasp of U.S. billing and invoicing practices.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and external contacts by phone and email.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
