Qualifications and requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 1 to 3+ years of practical B2B collections experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage collections for U.S. businesses with a solid grasp of U.S. billing and invoicing practices.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and external contacts by phone and email.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
