Core responsibilities

Required background

A master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, finance, business, urban planning, infrastructure management, or a similar discipline.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in market research, consulting, infrastructure advisory, or closely related work.
Strong capability in market research and demand assessment.
Solid experience with data analysis and financial analysis.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Familiarity with research and analytical tools.
Strong problem-solving ability and sound critical thinking.
Confident stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team, including in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred sector exposure

Prior experience in infrastructure is strongly preferred.
Experience in tourism and hospitality, real estate, logistics, trade and transport, industrial corridors, or supply chain-linked industries will also be an advantage.
