Core responsibilities

Required background

• A master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, finance, business, urban planning, infrastructure management, or a similar discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in market research, consulting, infrastructure advisory, or closely related work.
• Strong capability in market research and demand assessment.
• Solid experience with data analysis and financial analysis.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with research and analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving ability and sound critical thinking.
• Confident stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, including in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred sector exposure

• Prior experience in infrastructure is strongly preferred.
