Core responsibilities
The role covers research, analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and support across infrastructure-related engagements.
- Carry out in-depth market studies and demand assessments for infrastructure projects and sectors.
- Build financial and economic analyses to inform project appraisal and strategic advice.
- Track market movements, sector developments, and competitor positioning.
- Translate findings into clear, decision-ready insights for clients and internal teams.
- Create polished PowerPoint decks and detailed analytical reports.
- Develop Excel-based models, dashboards, and financial tools.
- Communicate conclusions and recommendations in a structured, professional manner.

- Coordinate with government departments, private organizations, and project partners.

Required background
- A master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, finance, business, urban planning, infrastructure management, or a similar discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in market research, consulting, infrastructure advisory, or closely related work.
- Strong capability in market research and demand assessment.
- Solid experience with data analysis and financial analysis.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with research and analytical tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound critical thinking.
- Confident stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, including in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred sector exposure
- Prior experience in infrastructure is strongly preferred.
- Experience in tourism and hospitality, real estate, logistics, trade and transport, industrial corridors, or supply chain-linked industries will also be an advantage.
