Role Overview
The Associate - Brand Marketing will play a pivotal role in establishing Native by Urban Company as a leading consumer tech brand in India across distinct product lines. Balancing strategy and hands-on execution, the role involves influencer campaign planning, brand event coordination, social channel management, and integration with growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing brand marketing efforts on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and owned channels, including managing content calendars, campaigns, and daily social presence.
- Ensure brand messaging and visuals remain consistent across all communication points, from creator briefs to product listings and campaign posts.
- Research and identify influencer and creator partnerships that align authentically with Native's brand values beyond mere follower metrics.
- Support the briefing, coordination, and progress tracking of creator-generated content through to publication.
- Help organize and execute brand events and activations, handling logistics, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event reviews.
- Collaborate with GTM and growth teams to align branding activities with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and revenue targets.
- Develop communications tailored to various stages of the customer journey for Native RO and Native Locks products.
Qualifications
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, content creation, or similar fields.
- Practical experience in at least one area of influencer marketing, brand marketing, or social media management; multiple area experience is advantageous.
- Genuine curiosity about branding, cultural trends, and consumer engagement.
- Ability to seamlessly switch between conceptual thinking and practical execution.
- Strong written communication skills with the capability to clearly express perspectives, though not necessarily a professional copywriter.
