Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to energize and inspire a dedicated team.
• Be actively involved in daily operations, from kitchen activities to customer interaction, ensuring smooth shift management and satisfied guests.
• Uphold and promote high quality standards to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
• Drive team and restaurant performance, achieve targets, and recognize team accomplishments.
• Mentor and develop staff skills across various stations to foster continuous growth.
• Oversee safety protocols, quality control, and operational procedures with meticulous attention.
