Grill’d is looking for an experienced venue leader in Gold Coast who can operate with an ownership mindset. This role is suited to commercially astute hospitality professionals who enjoy leading teams, improving performance, and lifting both guest experience and business results in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

With more than 22 years in operation and 175+ restaurants, the business is expanding quickly and offers strong leadership growth for people who want more than a standard management job. In this position, you will manage a venue with a focus on revenue, profitability, team development, and local market growth.

The role also offers a hospitality pathway with genuine business ownership-style responsibility, without franchise ownership. Performance is expected to influence your impact, your team outcomes, and your earning potential.

What the Role Involves

• Taking full responsibility for venue performance, including sales, profitability, and guest experience.
• Leading through the Restaurant Manager, supporting them to manage daily operations while you focus on broader commercial results.
• Driving growth beyond the restaurant through partnerships, business development, and local marketing activity.
• Strengthening community presence by building relationships and creating a neighbourhood destination.
• Growing and developing future leaders rather than simply filling shifts.
• Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to track KPIs, control budgets, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
