  • Manage daily administrative operations such as site access requests, accommodation bookings, timesheets, and report preparation, ensuring organized documentation archiving.
  • Support procurement processes by assisting with purchase orders, tracking invoices, and ensuring timely vendor payments collaborating with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
  • Assist with cost tracking and scheduling for geology and mining-related projects.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of PPE, field supplies, and office materials required by the geology team.
  • Accurately input data into the SAP system, generate reports, and contribute to data analysis that aids decision-making within the Mineral Resources Management department.
  • Act as a communication liaison among internal departments and external stakeholders, following up on minor projects and ensuring coordination between geology, operations, and support teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Previous administrative experience in mining or industrial sectors is highly valued.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
