We are seeking a committed Warehouse Team Lead to join our logistics site located in Bremerhaven. The position is available immediately.

Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00
Saturday work occurs during the early shift, compensated with a day off within two weeks.

Completed vocational training in logistics or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in warehouse logistics, cargo handling, or operational logistics.
Leadership experience in supervising, coordinating, or assigning staff.
Proficient in German; good English skills for international communication, including occasional business trips abroad.
Strong computer literacy with confident use of laptops, MS Office suite, and internal systems.
Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory control systems is advantageous.

Overseeing and coordinating daily operational procedures.
Planning and managing staff deployment during shifts.
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and procedural regulations.
Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
Maintaining communication with internal departments, supervisors, and interfaces.
Documenting, maintaining records, and utilizing internal IT tools.
Contributing to process improvement initiatives in daily operations.
Guaranteeing efficient and reliable shift management.

Engaging role within an international environment.
Comprehensive training on specific processes and IT systems at the site.
Salary in accordance with collective agreements plus shift allowances.
