Warehouse Team Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a committed Warehouse Team Lead to join our logistics site located in Bremerhaven. The position is available immediately.

Work Schedule

• Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Saturday work occurs during the early shift, compensated with a day off within two weeks.

Professional Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics, cargo handling, or operational logistics.
• Leadership experience in supervising, coordinating, or assigning staff.
• Proficient in German; good English skills for international communication, including occasional business trips abroad.
• Strong computer literacy with confident use of laptops, MS Office suite, and internal systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory control systems is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating daily operational procedures.
• Planning and managing staff deployment during shifts.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and procedural regulations.
• Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintaining communication with internal departments, supervisors, and interfaces.
• Documenting, maintaining records, and utilizing internal IT tools.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives in daily operations.
• Guaranteeing efficient and reliable shift management.
