Position Details
Role: Warehouse Associate
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
Wage: $19.50 to $21.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium

Your Contributions
As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute significantly to operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience by supporting warehouse and distribution functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and stack goods manually and with forklift equipment.
- Prepare orders accurately for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and product types are dispatched.
- Comply with safety regulations by safeguarding freight and securing loads.
- Label stock items correctly and ensure proper storage placement.
- Operate a small delivery truck for product delivery when necessary.
- Maintain inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies.
- Update inventory records in the ERP system and communicate discrepancies to management.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Prior experience operating forklifts is required; forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience working with lumber or panel products is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Physical capability to safely lift, pull, or push items weighing up to approximately 75 pounds repeatedly.
