Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all required duties to deliver food and beverage service aligning with the hotel's performance standards.
- Warmly welcome guests, seat them, and provide attentive, courteous, and personalized service.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings in the designated outlet to advise and assist customers effectively.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of food and beverage quality during service.
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism, addressing any complaints or inquiries to their satisfaction.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols throughout the outlet and properly care for all service tools and equipment.
- Prepare all service elements before, during, and after operations, including mise-en-place and mise-en-scène activities.
- Work diligently to minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage of resources.
- Leverage up-selling strategies to surpass guest expectations and enhance revenue.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training related to food and beverage services, accompanied by prior waiter or waitress experience in high-volume restaurant settings. Proficiency in English is essential, coupled with strong guest service and interpersonal abilities.
