Join Crowd Surf as a Video Editing and Production Coordinator, where you will be instrumental in producing captivating visual content that highlights artists' narratives. This position combines creativity, on-site production skills, and collaborative efforts with artists. You'll lead shoots, crafting visuals that enhance fan interaction across digital platforms. Collaboration with Owners, Creative Services, and Marketing teams is essential to ensure all visual content aligns with each artist’s branding and campaign objectives. This role requires a keen creative eye, adaptability, and an understanding of how music, visuals, and fan engagement intersect. Depending on your location, you might need to attend client shoots outside of typical business hours.

Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and deliver short-form videos, photos, and diverse visual content on location with artists and clients.
• Partner with artists, management, and internal teams to develop and produce high-quality, branded visual materials.
• Create a range of digital content including animated graphics, visualizers, and tour-related materials.
• Maintain well-organized asset libraries with clear naming conventions and delivery standards.
• Optimize all visual elements for digital and social media platforms.
• Keep current with the latest trends in visuals, camera equipment, and design software.
• Manage communication regarding travel plans, shoot logistics, and project deadlines.
• Conduct oneself professionally on-site to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and artists.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• This remote role requires candidates based in NYC, LA, or Nashville to travel regularly for client shoots on-site.
• Demonstrated experience in content creation, photography, and videography, ideally within music or entertainment sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with other editing tools.
• Strong creative portfolio presenting both dynamic and static visual works.
• Genuine enthusiasm for music, entertainment, and storytelling through creative media.
• Ability to efficiently work in remote and office environments; possession of a computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet is required.
• Must adhere to time off policies with a 30-day prior notice for any unavailable days including for on-site commitments.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to support events and activations beyond standard business hours.

Additional Information

• Though listed as part-time and remote, the role expects a workweek based on 40 hours, with potential extended hours during event periods.
