Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorming and creating creative designs according to client briefs alongside the team.
• Collaborating with Account Managers and Content Strategists to advise on design style, format, print production, and deadlines.
• Selecting appropriate sizes, layouts, illustrative elements, copy fonts, and sizes for deliverables.
• Developing rough drafts based on agreed briefs to visualize concepts.
• Producing key visuals for campaigns targeting social media and outdoor advertising.
• Providing mentorship to junior Graphic Designers, guiding them on brand visual aesthetics and communication.
• Evaluating final layouts and recommending enhancements if necessary.
• Striving to create creative outputs that elicit a "WOW" response beyond simple approval or rejection.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 5 to 5.5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a creative digital agency.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in an enriching and challenging role.
• Extremely creative with a strong eye for detail and precision.
• Awareness of current industry trends and their application in commercial contexts.
• Professional in managing time, budgets, and strict deadlines.
