Role Overview

The role of Third Party Collections Specialist involves reaching out to customers to recover overdue payments. This requires tact and professionalism to maintain strong relationships while ensuring payments are made promptly.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Minimum of nine months’ experience in BPO collections, specifically handling international accounts.
Proficiency in using auto-dialer tools for efficient outreach.
Demonstrable expertise in account management and customer handling.
Knowledge of relevant collection laws and regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, accompanied by excellent customer service skills.

Technical and Home Office Requirements

Operating system: Windows 11 or later.
Processor: At least Intel Core i5 9th Generation or better, 2.0 GHz 64-bit.
Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM.
Storage: At least 80 GB of free disk space.
Hardware: One available USB port and noise-canceling USB headset (headphones & microphone combined).
Internet: Wired cable or fiber-optic connection only (no DSL, satellite, or wireless); minimum download and upload speeds of 75 Mbps; must be physically connected to the workstation.
