Role Summary

As a Stylist at Chloé, you will embody the Maison's values by warmly welcoming each guest into the Chloé family. You serve as a trusted client advisor and a cooperative team member, dedicated to delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture lasting relationships by providing exemplary customer service.
• Understand and meet CRM objectives by actively engaging in client management activities.
• Conduct personalized outreach campaigns and capitalize on clienteling tools to fulfill CRM duties promptly.
• Maintain detailed client data and document qualitative insights consistently.
• Familiarize yourself with your client portfolio, focusing especially on Very Very Important Clients (VVICs) and Very Important Clients (VICs).
• Deliver exceptional omnichannel service while driving strong sales outcomes.
• Utilize all available omnichannel services effectively to boost sales and meet individual and store KPIs.
• Complete all assigned training and participate enthusiastically in commercial initiatives set by Store Management and headquarters.
• Stay informed about the local market dynamics and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
• Maintain the store's immaculate appearance, including back-of-house areas, supporting colleagues and management.
• Report any store structural repair needs promptly to ensure a luxurious client environment.
• Adhere to store and back-of-house management guidelines and actively participate in inventory processes.
• Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up.
• Strictly comply with Richemont policies and corporate standards.
