Key Responsibilities
- Recruit skilled financial advisors and ensure they complete necessary licensing to meet annual performance targets.
- Provide practical training, supervise, and evaluate advisor performance to help achieve individual and collective objectives.
- Support sustained business growth and investment portfolio development from the advisor team to ensure team profitability.
Advancement Opportunities
- Potential promotion after fully meeting the goal sheet criteria within 6 to 12 months.
- Eligibility for Branch Manager role following 12 months based on individual performance and organizational needs.
