This position involves offering strategic financial guidance across various financial products and services, aiding clients in making well-informed and secure financial choices. The candidate will analyze clients' entire financial circumstances, comprehend their needs, and formulate appropriate financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit skilled financial advisors and ensure they complete necessary licensing to meet annual performance targets.
• Provide practical training, supervise, and evaluate advisor performance to help achieve individual and collective objectives.
• Support sustained business growth and investment portfolio development from the advisor team to ensure team profitability.

Advancement Opportunities

• Potential promotion after fully meeting the goal sheet criteria within 6 to 12 months.
• Eligibility for Branch Manager role following 12 months based on individual performance and organizational needs.
