Job description
Role Overview
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of Insurance Advisors or Agents to meet set sales objectives while ensuring compliance and fostering team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new Insurance Advisors/Agents and facilitate their training and professional development.
- Provide leadership and motivation to meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Drive business growth both via the advisor network and through direct customer engagement.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor the performance of advisors and deliver constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to support business retention and growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance with IRDAI regulations.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 65,000 INR.
