About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Biggin Hill, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruitment administration and ensuring an exceptional experience for all candidates.

  • Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to Talent Acquisition Partner instructions.
  • Publish job vacancies on the careers website and suitable job boards.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate on recruitment-related projects and develop efficient, innovative workflows.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to the broader HR team as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
