Overview
This 12-month contract opportunity in Fremont, CA, requires an experienced Supply Chain Analyst III to support enterprise-scale order management and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing complex supply chain lifecycles involving high volumes and multiple SKUs or regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor order queues closely to ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met and proactively identify risks to prevent breaches.
- Manage resolution of order holds through detailed root cause analysis and timely corrective measures.
- Oversee the control tower operations for effective coordination of order fulfillment processes.
- Drive continuous process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in order management, supply chain operations, or fulfillment coordination within large-scale, high-volume environments.
- Proficient in Order Management Systems, especially Oracle GOP for tracking, reporting, and managing workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own queue management and fulfillment operations.
- Strong expertise in managing complete order lifecycles, including handling exceptions, managing holds, and expediting orders.
- Skillful in monitoring SLAs and escalating issues proactively before breaches occur.
- Excellent analytical capabilities for problem-solving and root cause identification related to order issues.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work seamlessly with procurement, logistics, finance, and vendor teams.
- Knowledge of key supply chain performance indicators such as fill rate, on-time delivery, and order cycle time.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Unidash.
- Background in IT asset management or managing technology hardware supply chains.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Comfort working in a global, multi-timezone team environment.
