Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager for our Munich location. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the store's overall management, including:

Key Responsibilities

• Driving and enhancing store performance with strategic initiatives
• Delivering passionate sales with stylish and emotionally appealing customer engagement
• Building and maintaining a strong customer portfolio
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to formulate sales strategies and business objectives
• Devising and executing action plans to increase revenue and team productivity
• Ensuring visually attractive merchandising aligned with brand guidelines and attention to detail
• Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new team members
• Promoting product knowledge and service excellence throughout the team
• Motivating employees through inspiring daily meetings
• Leading by example via active coaching and constructive feedback
• Managing store operations and backoffice, including stock management and logistics
• Collaborating closely with internal departments and support teams to maintain smooth processes
• Ensuring compliance with all administrative and organizational company policies

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a positive demeanor and team leadership capabilities
• Proven management experience in retail settings
• Competence in KPI analysis and proficiency with MS Office applications
• Passion for fashion with knowledge of the industry and current trends
• Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous
