Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager (M/W/D) to strengthen our Berlin team. Situated at the heart of fashion retail, your responsibilities will include:

Creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering lasting relationships through authentic and personalized service
Driving sales performance by proactive, continuous, and results-driven actions
Implementing company-wide image and visual merchandising standards professionally
Ensuring efficient warehouse management in line with internal procedures and policies
Enhancing your effectiveness by regularly attending trainings, store meetings, and educational sessions
Consistently meeting annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly objectives, considering pertinent KPIs
Conducting employee training on product knowledge and customer service, and identifying further training needs early

Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills, positive demeanor, and ability to motivate and develop a team with commitment
Experience in working with KPIs and proficiency with MS Office applications
Passion for fashion, awareness of the industry, and up-to-date on current trends
Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous
