Stakeholder Manager

Overview

This role requires extensive experience in managing stakeholders and interfaces for major infrastructure projects, particularly in sewerage, wastewater, tunneling, or related fields. The Stakeholder Manager will coordinate and maintain relationships with a range of public and private entities, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination efforts involving the Client, Consultant, Contractor, government entities, utility companies, municipalities, and local communities.
• Devise and implement comprehensive plans for stakeholder engagement, communication, and interface management.
• Gather and understand stakeholder requirements, mediate disputes, and facilitate the timely processing of approvals, permits, agreements, and critical project decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field is required.
• At least 15 years of substantial experience managing stakeholders and interfaces within major infrastructure, sewerage, wastewater, or tunneling projects.
• Proven track record as a Stakeholder Manager or similar role on large-scale infrastructure projects involving multiple public and private stakeholders.
• Minimum 10 years dedicated to stakeholder management with involvement in no fewer than three projects of comparable size and complexity.
• Experience working in the GCC region on significant infrastructure or sewerage initiatives is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic language is considered an advantage.
