Role Overview
This role uniquely blends engineering, product development, and go-to-market strategy. Your work on rapid prototypes, experimental initiatives, and engaging content will serve as critical initial touchpoints for creators, studios, and Fortune 500 innovation teams alike. Successful execution influences the entire organization, impacting future product insights and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop quick, lightweight client libraries, demonstration applications, and event microsites within tight timelines.
- Conduct data-driven experiments including cohort segmentation, A/B test design, and automated reporting to analyze acquisition costs and activation rates precisely.
- Create compelling technical content such as blog posts, tweets, and detailed teardown threads that avoid generic AI jargon and foster industry conversations.
- Manage customer interactions by onboarding prospects, troubleshooting initial issues, and representing fal effectively at meetups and hackathons to establish trust and credibility.
- Spot high-impact problem areas, develop time-limited solutions, and deliver quality features autonomously; shaping your own project roadmap with organizational support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly skilled in rapid software shipping, especially using Python and JavaScript frameworks like Next.js and React; able to integrate APIs, command line tools, and scrapers swiftly.
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL, Amplitude, Looker, or handling raw CSV files for fast insight generation.
- Exceptional written communication abilities that produce engaging, human-centric, and persuasive content driving user acquisition.
- Passionate about engaging with people both online and in-person, energized by demos, direct communications, and events.
- Strong desire for ownership with enthusiasm for tackling ambiguous problems and blank slates.
- Deep interest and knowledge in generative media technologies and concepts, including familiarity with diffusion models and video architecture research.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at product-led growth (PLG) or developer tool startups.
- Knowledge of growth analytics technology stacks.
- Portfolio showcasing technical writing, open-source libraries, or personal projects.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range from $170,000 to $220,000 annually, plus equity participation.
