Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate will be the initial point of contact for candidates. This role involves conducting preliminary interviews, evaluating candidate profiles, and facilitating their engagement throughout the hiring process. Effective communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as is an enthusiasm for interacting with applicants across various countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidate information to determine overall fit for roles.
- Initiate contact with candidates using phone, video calls, email, or LinkedIn to confirm interest and promote participation in the hiring workflow.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, sending invitations, and managing system records.
- Assist during candidate interviews to assess qualifications by reviewing their background, experience, motivation, and dedication.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
