Overview
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager based in New York to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires a creative professional adept at developing engaging content, managing online communities, and leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and curate compelling social media content aligned with brand strategy.
- Manage community interactions and foster audience engagement.
- Utilize graphic design and video editing skills to produce high-quality visual content.
- Employ social media management tools, preferably Sprinklr, to organize and analyze campaigns.
- Generate engaging copy to support content initiatives across platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in social media content development.
- Background in community management is advantageous.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating impactful design or social content capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social platform trends and best practices.
- Practiced with social media management systems, with preference for Sprinklr experience.
- Strong written communication and copywriting proficiency.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related discipline.
- Spanish bilingualism considered a plus.
