- Prioritize customer needs to increase the number of clients who consider the bank their preferred financial institution.
- Develop comprehensive banking solutions by deeply understanding customer requirements.
- Collaborate with retail branches and broker networks to boost portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong motivation to establish authentic personal connections that empower customers to achieve their business goals.
- Prior experience in lending within business or retail banking.
- A background in agribusiness lending is highly advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of the small and medium enterprise (SME) market.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service abilities.
- Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation capabilities.
