• Manage lending requests for small businesses up to $2 million and home lending up to $3 million with simplicity and efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and enhance customer advocacy through swift and effective action.
• Prioritize customer needs to increase the number of clients who consider the bank their preferred financial institution.
• Develop comprehensive banking solutions by deeply understanding customer requirements.
• Collaborate with retail branches and broker networks to boost portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong motivation to establish authentic personal connections that empower customers to achieve their business goals.
• Prior experience in lending within business or retail banking.
• A background in agribusiness lending is highly advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of the small and medium enterprise (SME) market.
• Excellent relationship management and customer service abilities.
• Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation capabilities.
