Overview
The Senior Specialist Retail Executive role involves actively managing assigned territories and customers to boost sales and distribution of our products. This position demands strong channel sales expertise and effective distributor management to enhance market presence.
Daily Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets effectively through direct market visits and robust retail sales (RS) system management.
- Evaluate competitive landscape to improve market positioning through elevated customer service.
- Negotiate with retail sales personnel and coach them on customer management to increase business volume.
- Closely monitor competitor activities and provide strategic feedback to the branch for appropriate countermeasures.
- Systematically assess retail sales team performance and implement corrective steps to address infrastructure shortcomings.
- Organize promotional initiatives within set budget limits in collaboration with supervisory team to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Full-time graduation degree mandatory.
- Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in general trade and channel sales.
- Proficient in ROI calculations and retail sales distribution supervision.
- Familiarity with retail sales appointment procedures and meticulous sales planning.
- Efficient in conducting and executing promotional campaigns.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bengali is favorable.
