About the Role
Join a reputed Mumbai-based multinational corporation, a prominent leader in FMCG, as a Senior Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis. This role is focused on steering financial planning processes and providing insightful decision support across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and decision-making support initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and maintain accurate management reporting and MIS frameworks.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning activities aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of internal controls and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate both internal and external audit processes effectively.
- Manage and communicate with key stakeholders across the organization to foster transparency and informed decision-making.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in financial planning, business analysis, budgeting, management reporting, internal controls, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven background in FMCG, manufacturing, and retail sectors is highly preferred.
Educational and Eligibility Criteria
Must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
