Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and decision-making support initiatives to enhance business performance.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis and maintain accurate management reporting and MIS frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of internal controls and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate both internal and external audit processes effectively.
• Manage and communicate with key stakeholders across the organization to foster transparency and informed decision-making.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
• Experience in financial planning, business analysis, budgeting, management reporting, internal controls, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven background in FMCG, manufacturing, and retail sectors is highly preferred.

Educational and Eligibility Criteria

Must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
