About the Role
An established company with a solid presence in Singapore is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to enhance its finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate passionate about collaborating with stakeholders, driving business performance, and playing an active role in strategic business decisions within a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities throughout the organization.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders by providing valuable financial insights and supporting strategic projects.
- Evaluate financial results, detect patterns, and present actionable suggestions to optimize business performance.
- Champion process improvements, enhance reporting standards, and assist with special commercial initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field combined with substantial FP&A experience.
- Have a minimum of 12 years' experience demonstrating strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems and reporting software is a plus.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment.
