Senior FP&A Manager

About the Role

An established company with a solid presence in Singapore is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to enhance its finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities throughout the organization.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders by providing valuable financial insights and supporting strategic projects.
• Evaluate financial results, detect patterns, and present actionable suggestions to optimize business performance.
• Champion process improvements, enhance reporting standards, and assist with special commercial initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field combined with substantial FP&A experience.
• Have a minimum of 12 years' experience demonstrating strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems and reporting software is a plus.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment.
