Role Overview

This Senior Enterprise Architect position offers a remarkable opportunity to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, the role involves steering organizations through the architecture, implementation, and adoption of digital content and experience solutions built on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary expert for Adobe Experience Cloud content solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions and envisioning workshops with business, marketing, and IT stakeholders to identify strategic use cases.
• Transform business objectives into comprehensive content architecture, information models, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee content and asset strategies across intricate enterprise environments.
• Develop functional models supporting omnichannel publishing, personalized asset distribution, and automated content creation.
• Advocate for and implement AI-driven content workflows.
• Foster strong partnerships with senior leaders across Marketing, Digital, Brand, and IT functions.
• Mentor consultants and architects to build delivery capabilities.
• Establish and monitor success criteria in collaboration with analytics teams to measure impact.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in enterprise content management, digital experience, or marketing technology, with background in consulting or professional services delivery.
• Proven track record as a client-facing consultant supporting platform adoption, extension, and lasting value realization.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, ideally including AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Hands-on knowledge of Content Supply Chain concepts.
• Familiarity with Workfront or equivalent marketing/work management platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise content architecture and practical use of AI tools in content workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with solution and enterprise architects.
• Strong consulting fundamentals with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Building, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Based in Singapore, willing to travel 30–50% across Asia Pacific to meet project requirements.
• Preferred: Direct experience delivering Adobe Experience Manager programs for sizable enterprises in Singapore or across the APAC region.
