Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy EMEA

About the Role

The Corporate Strategy team at Adobe partners with senior leadership to focus on three primary audiences: Business Professionals & Consumers, Creators & Creative Professionals, and Marketing Professionals. The team has been instrumental in guiding Adobe through significant strategic changes, including the shift to cloud services and expanding its digital marketing leadership. Adobe’s mission is to empower everyone to create, from enabling creatives to design content to helping global enterprises deliver innovative digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the presence of Adobe's Corporate Strategy team in the EMEA region, supporting high-impact initiatives that drive long-term business growth.
• Lead detailed analysis and structured problem-solving across diverse strategic challenges, converting complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships and excelling in communication within a dynamic and high-visibility environment.
• Become part of an entrepreneurial team composed of experts from top management consulting backgrounds and digital media and marketing specialists.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years professional experience with a leading management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
• Experience on projects related to Consumer Technology or Enterprise SaaS, with a strong understanding of the software industry, digital marketing, or digital media.
• Degree from a top-tier undergraduate institution.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and keen interest in technology trends and long-term market dynamics.
• Ability to develop an external perspective on market opportunities through comprehensive industry research.
• Exceptional structured thinking skills to decompose complex problems into manageable components.
• Executive-level presence with a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging senior executives.
• Detail-oriented with sharp analytical capabilities while maintaining focus on broader strategic goals.
• Innovative thinker with a proactive approach towards action.
