Role Overview

As a School Relationship Manager based in Ghana, you will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and maintaining productive relationships with school clients to ensure they become and remain paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain robust connections with schools to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Guarantee that schools continuously gain value and receive appropriate support from the company.
• Serve as the primary liaison for school leaders and decision-makers, acting as their dedicated contact person.
• Coordinate and monitor engagement activities with schools and identify new opportunities to expand business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possesses excellent communication capabilities to effectively connect with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities to guide and influence school partnerships.
• Proficient in analyzing data to evaluate relationships and growth opportunities.
• Holds at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales or any leadership capacity.

This position requires full-time commitment and onsite presence within Ghana.
