About the Role

Join Dext Technology Limited as a Project Manager based in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana. You will oversee projects affecting up to 15,000 schools, ensuring successful coordination and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive project management from initial planning stages through to final delivery, particularly for specialized products aimed at governmental and non-governmental bodies.
• Manage schedules for manufacturing, uphold quality assurance, and handle distribution logistics to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Track project milestones and progress through established project management techniques and tools.
• Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and partner organizations to foster collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Have a minimum of one year of experience directing sizable projects.
• Exemplary problem-solving ability and systems-oriented thinking.
• Strong communication skills essential to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
