Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
  • Formulate and implement monthly sales strategies effectively to boost revenue, especially from current clients, and expand the customer base nationally.
  • Supervise, motivate, and lead Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Sales Executives through daily meetings, performance monitoring, and training on product expertise and sales methods.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, ready-mix companies, infrastructure firms, and equipment owners by visiting key accounts regularly and addressing major negotiations and customer grievances professionally.
