Job Overview
As a Sales Executive at Napco National based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a vast assortment of company products to assigned clientele while gathering competitive market intelligence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Market and sell the company's broad product range to designated customers, providing feedback regarding competitor activities within your territory.
- Ensure precise execution of the product display planogram at client locations.
- Process special order requests as necessary.
- Follow the company's aging policy to collect invoices timely from customers.
- Prepare essential documentation related to the sales call cycle and business reviews prior to market visits.
- Identify and report potential new customers within the area to the team leader.
- Maximize sales opportunities with all prospective clients.
- Manage customer complaints by addressing them and escalating unresolved issues to the sales team leader.
- Submit customer orders and daily collections to the distributor or accountant for approval.
- Request approval for returning defective products by issuing return forms before executing the return.
- Report any challenges or objections encountered during sales activities that cannot be resolved independently to the team leader.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to reconcile customer accounts and obtain their signatures for approval.
- Perform thorough inventory assessments during each visit, checking both warehouses and shelf stock.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum education level: High School diploma.
- Relevant experience: At least 1 to 2 years in a comparable sales or related position.
