About the Role

RV Super Centre seeks a motivated Sales Cadet to join their Mangere location, providing a foothold into a career in sales within New Zealand's top RV and tourism company. As part of Tourism Holdings (THL), the largest commercial RV business worldwide, this role supports the national sales team by qualifying customer leads and scheduling appointments across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Cadet serves as the initial contact for customers, developing rapport and identifying their needs to connect them with appropriate Sales Consultants. Duties include managing inbound customer inquiries and undertaking proactive customer follow-ups to maximise appointment attendance and enhance national sales outcomes.

Work Schedule

This position requires working on a rotating five-day schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Candidate Profile

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres, appointment scheduling, or sales assistance
Effective communication and relationship management skills
Confidence in telephone interactions with customers
Proactive in customer engagement and follow-ups
Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
Good computer proficiency and strong attention to detail
Positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills
Possession of a full New Zealand Driver Licence
Previous experience in the automotive or RV industry is a plus but not mandatory
