About the Role
Pukekohe Toyota, a member of the Manukau Toyota Group, seeks an Aftersales Advisor to join their dynamic, customer-oriented aftersales team. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during their vehicle service experience.
- Coordinate closely with the workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Book vehicles for service, maintenance, and repairs efficiently.
- Clearly communicate repair needs and service suggestions to customers.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs.
- Prepare necessary service paperwork, invoices, and oversee vehicle handovers.
- Assist in warranty and service-related administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clientele.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in automotive industry roles such as Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional demeanor and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Experience within a dealership environment is an advantage.
