Role Overview
The Sales & Service Advisor is a vital member of the team based in a busy branch in Tallaght, Dublin. This role centers on providing outstanding customer service and supporting customers with everyday banking solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service meeting agreed service standards.
- Engage with customers to recommend suitable everyday banking products based on individual requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with branch colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Take full ownership of tasks and commitments, ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-through.
