This full-time position is based in Docklands, Victoria, requiring onsite attendance from Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM. The role offers an annual salary of $70,000, plus 12% superannuation. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage staffing logistics across Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services spanning four Australian states
• Ensure seamless emergency coverage for absent staff by arranging effective backups
• Serve as the central communication point among educators, managers, and stakeholders
• Proactively navigate changes with a positive approach supported by a collaborative team environment

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

• Strong organizational skills with a capacity for strategic planning
• Excellent communication abilities, both interpersonal and through various channels
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications such as Gmail, Sheets, and Docs, or willingness to learn
• Experience with rostering, emergency scheduling, or human resources is advantageous but not compulsory
• Ability to think analytically and adapt to dynamic daily scenarios
