About Scope

Role Overview

The Roster Business Partner will play a key role in Scope’s transformation by collaborating with Senior Management, enabling teams, and house teams to develop rosters for support workers in an environment that is sensitive, complex, and highly regulated. This 12-month fixed term role is based at the Hawthorn head office, engaging with various stakeholders to manage multiple rostering projects effectively. Responsibilities

  • Assist Operational teams in creating and maintaining rosters for NDIS Support Independent Living (SIL).
  • Develop efficient, accurate rosters in consultation with Operations staff, Client Success Team, and Management, balancing staffing and service delivery needs.
  • Ensure all rostering complies with industrial awards and relevant rostering principles.
  • Provide reports highlighting progress, risks, and trends to Team Leaders and Senior Managers.
  • Communicate confidently across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Participate in change management processes as required.
