직무 설명
Position Overview
Join our team as a Residential Host during the pre-opening phase of a new apartment complex currently under construction. This contract role spans from August 10, 2026, through December 31, 2026, offering a chance to contribute significantly from the ground up and influence resident experiences leading up to and following the building's opening.
Work Schedule
- Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Key Duties
- Greet and welcome potential residents visiting the property.
- Support the leasing team by conducting tours, managing inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide detailed information regarding the building features, amenities, and move-in timelines.
- Assist management in tracking interest lists, processing applications, and handling fundamental administrative work.
- Help organize and facilitate marketing and leasing events prior to the grand opening.
- Collaborate with management and team leaders to maintain effective communication.
- Contribute to arranging model units and improving presentation areas.
- Prepare front desk functions, procedures, and operational systems ahead of the building's launch.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and changing environments.
- Professional, courteous, and approachable attitude.
- Basic proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills.
- Background in leasing, real estate, or property management is advantageous.
- Experience interacting with clients and the public.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a pay rate of $25 per hour.
