Residential Host

Position Overview

Join our team as a Residential Host during the pre-opening phase of a new apartment complex currently under construction. This contract role spans from August 10, 2026, through December 31, 2026, offering a chance to contribute significantly from the ground up and influence resident experiences leading up to and following the building's opening.

Work Schedule

• Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Key Duties

• Greet and welcome potential residents visiting the property.
• Support the leasing team by conducting tours, managing inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
• Provide detailed information regarding the building features, amenities, and move-in timelines.
• Assist management in tracking interest lists, processing applications, and handling fundamental administrative work.
• Help organize and facilitate marketing and leasing events prior to the grand opening.
• Collaborate with management and team leaders to maintain effective communication.
• Contribute to arranging model units and improving presentation areas.
• Prepare front desk functions, procedures, and operational systems ahead of the building's launch.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and changing environments.
• Professional, courteous, and approachable attitude.
• Basic proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills.
• Background in leasing, real estate, or property management is advantageous.
• Experience interacting with clients and the public.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a pay rate of $25 per hour.
