About the Role

Moneyboxx Finance is looking to hire an experienced Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager with hands-on expertise in secured lending and mortgage-focused sales. The role is based in Madurai and is suited to professionals who can drive business growth in open market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop business through open market sales channels.
Identify, source, and onboard customers for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured lending offerings.
Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Meet monthly targets for sales and disbursements.
Work closely with internal teams to support timely loan processing and fund disbursal.
